Text alerts

Numikeep is operated by Snowpack Numismatics.

What we text

Numikeep sends security text alerts about access cards — printed cards an owner gives to family or an executor. If someone uses one of your cards to ask for access to your collection, we text you when the 30-day countdown starts, in its last few days, when access opens, and every time the card is used. We also text a one-time code to confirm your number when you add it.

No marketing, ever. Message frequency varies and depends on whether anyone uses your access cards; most people receive none. Message and data rates may apply.

How you opt in

Texts are off unless you turn them on. Signed in to Numikeep, you go to Settings → Access cards → Text me too, enter your own mobile number, and confirm it with the 6-digit code we text you. This is the form, exactly as it appears in the app:

Text me too

Add your mobile number and we'll text you the most important countdown alerts as well as emailing them.

(303) 555-0123Text me a code

By adding your number you agree to get Numikeep security texts about access-card countdowns — nothing else, never marketing. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. US numbers only.

Stopping

Reply STOP to any text and we stop texting you. Reply HELP for help, or write to help@numikeep.com. You can also remove your number in Settings at any time.

Your number

We use your number only for these alerts. We never sell, rent or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with anyone for marketing. Texts are delivered by our messaging provider, Twilio. See our privacy policy and terms.

Example

Numikeep: someone used your access card "Safe deposit box" to start a 30-day countdown to see your collection. Opens Oct 27. Not expected? Open app.numikeep.com and tap Stop. Reply STOP to end texts.
